Skill Training
Our skills training sessions begin on flat terrain and focus on the following techniques:
• Basic riding position, active position and vision control
• Coordination exercises
• Safe and efficient braking
• Riding downhill and uphill, including uphill starts
• Proper gear shifting
• Riding through tight corners
• From basic bike setup to suspension setup
…and much more!
Afterwards we move into varied terrain to put the learned skills into practice – and of course the fun is never far away.
Stops at mountain huts or cafés are also always included in our trainings and tours.
